Yay! One of my graphite work that turned out the best after scan! ^^

Fanart of my favorite character of the "Cycle of Phenix" trilogy.
The books are based on the roleplay world "Nephilim" by Chaosium. (the company that does the Call of Cthulhu roleplay)

To explains things fast, Nephilims are kind of elemental beings that, a little like djiins, are put to sleep inside objects. To come back to life, they have to "steal" a human body. (or an animal's)
Mahajaion here is a Nephilim of Earth, a Sphinx to be precise. That's why his human body developped more feline traits.
Mahajaion is an full-fledged erudite, calm and phlegmatic. He has the power to paralyse people if they fail to answer his riddles. (I could use that! xD)

He digs old, dusty, heavy, mysteries-filled books written in ancient forgotten languages... He also have quite a collection of ancient art and books in a cave under his house.
I really love him, tough he got himself into a mild-aged body and now looks (and dresses xD) like an old history teacher at university.
I even think he wears glasses...
